CHAD GERMANN - OWNER
Flock is first and foremost an exceptionally friendly and open co-working space, and second, it’s the new home of Minneapolis-based Red Circle Agency, a full-service creative and media agency that specializes in Indian casinos. Red Circle’s owner, Chad Germann, a life-long Minnesota resident, is an enrolled member of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe and former Grand Casino Hinckley advertising director. Chad founded Red Circle as a means to help Indian tribes maximize their casino’s earnings.
When asked why buy Flock and move his agency here, Chad says, “I don’t know what I like better -- the charming building, so clever and well-designed by the former owner, or the neighborhood with all of its quirky bars and restaurants. Or the proximity to The Black Forest Inn -- where my mother used to work as a waitress more than 60 years ago!”

Green Card Voices is a non-profit organization dedicated to building inclusive and integrated communities between immigrants and their neighbors through multimedia storytelling.

RAYMOND FAUST
Ray works at Resonate, a consumer insights technology company based in Washington, D.C. as GM of Sales overseeing their Media & Entertainment business. His clients include Disney, A&E Networks, ViacomCBS, DISH/Sling, and local news media companies (Star Tribune, 10+ different companies all over the U.S.). He lives in St. Paul with his wife, 3 kids and their pandemic puppy… fortunately working from home also means working at FLOCK.
